As humans we innately seek this sense of safety. When we feel safe we know our needs are being met. It becomes easier for us to trust others and build deeper connections. When feeling safe we can explore, take risks and be innovative. When we feel safe our bodies function better and we sleep better. When we feel safe we can pursue our passions, and explore new opportunities. When we feel safe we can truly thrive.
A huge part of my personal healing process has been to re-establish this felt sense of safety within myself that had been disrupted in childhood, My work with the archetype of the Divine Feminine has helped me to learn how to nurture and care for myself and in developing this nurturing and healing relationship with myself, I now know that it is safe for me to embody more of who I am in the world. ​Helping others to feel safe is my greatest core value.
